Indian citizens can now stay in the Philippines for up to 14 days, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond stay.

• Confirmed hotel accommodation or booking.

• Proof of financial capacity to support the stay.

• Return or onward ticket to the next destination.

This applies to all Indian passport holders, regardless of visa status in other countries.

Option 2: 30-Day Visa-Free Entry for AJACSSUK Visa/Residence Permit Holders

Indian travelers holding valid visas or residence permits for any of the following countries can stay in the Philippines visa-free for up to 30 days:

• United States

• Japan

• Australia

• Canada

• Singapore

• United Kingdom

• Schengen Area

Required Documents for this option:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.

• Valid AJACSSUK visa or residence permit.

• Return or onward ticket to another destination.

• Tourism-only access: This visa-free entry is exclusively for tourism purposes and cannot be extended or converted into other visa types.

• Entry: Available at any Philippine port.

• Clean Immigration Record: Indian nationals must have no derogatory records with the Bureau of Immigration (BI).

• Long-Term Stays: For non-tourism purposes like work or study, a visa will still be required from a Philippine embassy or consulate.
